  • Meditation app Headspace brands itself as a gym for your mind. All it takes is 10 minutes a day of your time to help improve your mindfulness.
  • Treat yourself – whether it’s a day at a luxury spa or a homemade face mask, take the time to indulge and give yourself that glow
  • Create a playlist filled with your favourite chillout songs
  • Go for a walk – you might find areas of natural beauty are just a stone’s throw from your home
