What DoodleMaths schools say

Carrick Primary School
DoodleMaths has made our remote learning provision so much richer and less stressful for us as teachers, knowing that every child has access to an individual programme of learning across numeracy and literacy. The children are benefiting daily!

St Francis Catholic Primary School, Maldon
My class love Doodle and one little boy who is a low ability is on a 70+ day streak. Through lockdown Doodle has been his favourite educational resource which speaks volumes!

Albert Primary School
DoodleMaths has proven to be even more incredible during this difficult time. Please can I pass on my thanks to you and your amazing team.
Aled Williams, Deputy Headmaster,

Addington School
I have to say it's been absolutely brilliant during lockdown as a remote learning resource. I would argue it's been the most successful home learning resource for our school in terms of a week-on-week increase in pupil engagement.

It's really important that children can keep their hard-earned DoodleStars, and that we can retain all their progress data that is so informative when developing their work programme.
1. Ask the parent to link their child's account to your school via the Parent Dashboard or their child's DoodleMaths app.
You can send them this link to an article that shows them how; My child's school has subscribed to DoodleMaths, but my child already has a Home User account.
2. Once the parent has connected your school to their home account, log into the Teacher Dashboard and you will see a list of Unverified Students.
3. Simply choose the correct class from the dropdown menu and click the Update button. The parents will still be able to see their child's account.
If now, you have 2 accounts for this child, keep the one they've been working on most recently and has the most stars earned and archive the other.
Note: It is essential children do not have two accounts - they end up with a half-baked work programme on each account.

Once you get your login you can access the Teacher Dashboard.
From there you can set up students, and monitor their progress. We encourage teachers to monitor effort primarily - since DoodleMaths adapts to every student's level, this makes it a level playing field. However, we also provide a detailed analysis of students' emerging strengths and weaknesses too.
While monitoring in real time, if a student has been inactive for over 4 minutes they will turn red – enabling you to wander over and assist if necessary.
Reports show how much work a child has done in the last week and analytics highlights their particular strengths and weaknesses.
