What is the Teacher Dashboard?
Access to the Teacher Dashboard is included as part of a DoodleMaths subscription. It allows teachers to track pupil progress, identify their strengths and weaknesses and set work in a particular area. It enables teachers to see class-wide improvements in confidence and an increased ability to work independently.
 Track student activity

The Teacher Dashboard gives live updates of pupils' work and progress. These can be found in the Analyse section of the Dashboard.
Progress enables teachers to view how children's Doodle Ages have changed over a period of time, or how much progress they have made in their end of year objectives.
Programme holds a whole host of useful information, including average time spent completing questions, streaks (the number of consecutive days a pupil has used the app) and each pupil's average accuracy.
Effort lets teachers see how their students are performing against their targets and goals.
Gaps

As children use DoodleMaths, the app builds up a strong understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. This is displayed in Gaps, which identifies the areas of work a pupil is finding more challenging.
It displays topics according to the national curriculum age-related expectations (ARE) statements. For each statement, a traffic light system represents a child's understanding at that point in time, as well as a progress bar showing how much content has been covered in that topic.
Teachers can quickly and easily set individuals extra work in topics where they need more targetted practice.
Extras

Teachers can set work in particular topics for pre-teaching, supporting planned lessons or as targeted homework, consolidating learning in the classroom.
Work can be set for a whole class or an individual child.
